The Cherubim are not idols to a pagan god, they stand before the Throne of God in worship

The god of the baals, Moluch is being practiced daily here on planet earth, in free sex, homosexuality, abortion, orgies, satan worship, sex trade, even the ad industry portrays women as vamps or little girls, dress code,etc

Now that makes sense to me...God told them to build the ark like he said

Could be, and there is something else..
What about the 10 commandments? They were written on stone tablets.
What's to stop the Israelites from worshipping these bits of stone?
Yet it was God Himself who told Moses to put the commandments on stone.

I think I need to go back to Exo 20 and check the commandments again

and I'm thinking, could this be my personal word from God?
After all, it's the spirit behind the words, not the words themselves
I need to lay down my logical mind at His feet.....    no easy deed

The Mercy Seat then was Jesus, who was shielded by the Cherubim

He is Our Mercy

The Cherubim are definitely connected to the Mercy of God, to Jesus, who carry out His Will

The Seraphim, Cherubim and Thrones, the highest order of angels or created spiritual beings do more than we realize.  I get the chills when I think about the Cherubim and what they do..awesome
