Article:

"Muslim Brotherhood in U.S. - Fox in the hen house"

Despite President Barack Obama's optimism about post-Mubarak Egypt, an Arab Christian and terrorism expert says the Muslim Brotherhood is committed to imposing sharia law on Egypt and across the globe.

During an interview Sunday with Fox News Channel's Bill O'Reilly, President Obama downplayed the threat posed to the United States by the Muslim Brotherhood and was optimistic that "secular" forces will emerge in post-Mubarak Egypt.

Brigitte Gabriel, founder and president of ACT! for America and author of the bestseller, They Must Be Stopped: Why We Must Defeat Radical Islam and How We Can Do It, says Obama does not seem to comprehend that the Muslim Brotherhood is a threat to far more than Egypt.

"I actually dedicate a chapter to the Muslim Brotherhood's project for North America -- not only to what they have done in the Middle East and their goals of bringing back an Islamic government totalitarian regime worldwide, but their plan to the United States as well," she explains.

And Gabriel points out that the Obama administration is taking advice from Muslim Brotherhood offshoots in America.

"We not only have the fox watching the hen house; we have the fox inside the hen house right now," she notes. "This is why Obama is being wishy-washy on what's happening in Egypt, because the Obama administration right now is basically taking advice on Middle East policy from the Muslim Brotherhood front organizations in America."

Unlike Obama, Gabriel is concerned that the Muslim Brotherhood will move in and fill the void when Mubarak finally steps aside.

I think I'm repeating myself here, but I'm old enough to remember Jimmy Carter and the Iran's crisis.  Carter was advocating for "democracy" in Iran... Well, we saw what happened, and see what they've got!  Let's not kid ourselves, the Brotherhood is already in U.S.A.   Sad

I never know what to think about what Mubarak is doing over there. Today he said he wasn't stepping down but handed much of the power to his VP who has his own bad character. (He's the torturer and chief).

But also, yesterday, I think our Director of National Intelligence, James Clapper testified that the Brotherhood is a secular organization and has eschewed violence...
This is laughable. He's the director of what?  Huh

Oh wait, there's an update today...

Quote
UPDATE: Jamie Smith, director of the office of public affairs for the Office of the Director of National Intelligence later said in a statement to ABC News: “To clarify Director Clapper’s point - in Egypt the Muslim Brotherhood makes efforts to work through a political system that has been, under Mubarak’s rule, one that is largely secular in its orientation – he is well aware that the Muslim Brotherhood is not a secular organization.”

I know!  What is wrong with Clapper?   laugh  Sorry, I'm laughing but it is a serious matter.  We (the U.S)  look and sound like the Three Stooges, simply because we are talking too much, too soon and nobody respect us anymore!  Cry

Remember last year, after elections, Iranians took to the streets?  What did we do?  Did we demand "immediate change"?  I don't think so.  But now we are fanning the fires of that demonstration and I don't know what the outcome will be, honestly.

There was an article that said Obama was responsible for this uprising...

I'll try to find it.
