Hi All,

Does anyone know where I can find out what the Earth's Axis is and whether it has moved lately or might move sooner or later.

Listened to a program yesterday which pointed out when the North Polar Region points at the Sun our Icecap melts leading to some of us having to swim occasionally in the North!

I wonder whether this should be included in our daily weather forecasts perhaps!

I think this is a Puritan Conspiracy to stop The Catholics and Lutherans enjoying themselves again!

Then again if you eat sugar and salt and they do not neutralise each other in exercise you will get fat sometimes!

Mind you sitting here typing this on this, the puter could get the blame as well!

Sugar is also a source of excess calories which are being turned into fat - usually, triglycerides, so the fat levels in your blood go up.

Eating excess simple carbohydrate =coronary artery disease.

The stuff turns into fat, goes into your blood, coats the arteries with gunk which can eventually close off an artery. (any arteries, brain, kidney, legs, and other important arteries-aren't they all important?)

I've been trying to teach people this fact for years.
No one wants to hear it.

We celebrate Xmas and The English Puritans take the hump because we eat to much.

We celebrate New Year and the Scots take the hump because they shovel it down at Hogmanay!

We eat as the medical profession suggest and die of boredom!

But at least the English sense of humour still works, they just ignore the lot of us.

And Jesus is still wonderful and thin too-ooh!

Black bean soup with rice and sour cream and chopped onion.

Grilled rib steaks with black bean salad.

Sliced fresh pineapple.

Mixed berries and home made whip cream.

Cabbage soup!

I'm getting hungry. Better go eat...

Hi Ruth,

And so am I.

Just low steam cooked: One new potato- One medium carrot- Clove of cauliflower- Clove of Broccoli-2" x 2" of Turnip. With two rashes of Bacon and a Large Egg!

Served with salt and slice of butter.

Slow Low-steamer for fifteen minutes with the new fresh vegetables! 

So I will have to reread that article today to see if I am going to gung my arteries up!

I eat home made milled bread, flour power!  Beer etc is banned in this house by she who must be obeyed, and had the wedding service in the Book of Common Prayer Changed by her visiting Priest so that she didn't need to obey me.  Some hope even then!

But isn't Jesus wonderful, He found me, she!!!....!

The doctor told me my triglycerides were sky high!
I had no idea what the word meant so I googled it

After reading some articles about it I was faced with a terrible dilemma: I quit sugar or I quit reading internet articles!

I stopped using sugar. Lost 10 kg within one month!!

But you are right, I didn't want to hear it. I just let my wife get the better of me. I prefer burying my head in the sand in such matters

Black bean soup sounds good without the sour cream!! I like black eyed pea soup with the Cajun Trinity and real chicken sausage from the local boucherie. Not the sausage you see in the store. The one we get is the REAL DEAL. YUM. It's chockful of chicken meat- hardly have fillers. And well seasoned.

Hi You All,

This one here because at Noon today and just woken up I can not think of any where else to put it, I can guarantee you can!

Interesting Health Summary of those who have past on in 'Presswatch' today?  To late to prayer for the dead but maybe we should remember the living here after all!  With my usual twisted mind I put this one under archaeology for some are past it!

Last one in report No.5, 8,000 murdered babies have been terminated by 40s. plus mothers not to be!  I like the word 'terminated' substitued for murdering of the unborn child to be!  shades of 'Darwinian-eugenics again perhaps?

I really was starting out re No.2, in the report. So my advice to be is whilst you are washing and possibly peeling the outer skins of your vegetables this morning and particularly if they are from Northern Germany, pray over them as well!!! .... !

Hopefully this local pandemic will stay local to Germany but I would not count on it.  The EU. Medical Authority might just have something to say shortly!

Hi All,

Today it's oozing out everywhere!

This one on the oldest writing in Jerusalem 14th Century B.C. The writer seems surprised that that written document reported here should be 400yrs before King David.  Obviously no bodies has mentioned Melchizdek to this writer.

Dr. Mazar is wonderful, isn't she?  She's as good as her dad was. Her finds have been breathtaking.
