Hi All,

In a couple of days time in England a one of these talk talks by my Government will finish.  It is about a section of a new act that was added late at night into the Lord's on equality I gather by a certain Lord Ally whilst Parliament had it's back turned!

If it becomes law a Christian Church could be proceeded against if it dares to deny a homosexual pair of perverts the new right under this section of having their marriage under anyother name blessed and recorded as guess what their next step will be,  a marriage equal to true marriage between a man and a woman!

They of course in this partnership will be prancing down the aisle in a Christian Church. A fait accompli!

Does any one know whether the Quaker still believes in a Trinity God, I doubt it!  These Quakers are now about to open the door and let the people of the devil onto Holy Ground!  I strongly suspect they have forgotten altogether Christianity in favour of the heretics that they must have become to even contemplate marring two homosexuals on Holy Ground in front Of the Cross of Christ in England!

Yours in Christ,

Colin2000.

PS.  I will go and see what The Christian Institute has to say about this having not been around Church recently!

I read a little about the Quakers a few years ago. If I remember correctly (and I may not...) there are different sects of Quakers!

And I think there is one group that believes pretty much as we do, in the Trinity.

Colin

Pretty awful that the gov should force christian churches to marry gays and lesbians disgusted

The Lord God said it is not good that man should be alone and He created woman from the rib of Adam after having put Adam to a long sleep.

the church is not a social organization.   Shocked

I believe some Quakers are becoming very liberal.

I was reading Philip Gulley's Harmony series about a Quaker minister out in the Midwest. Very "clean" and there is an amusing character, Dale Hinshaw, who is very judgemental and very fundamentalist almost like a fundamentalist Baptist. Well, it was entertaining read until into the series when the minister challenges the idea of no debating or questioning about the Immaculate Conception and then it kind of seems the minister is being more "liberal" than the conservative congregation in the vein of "tolerance". He had a female minister come in to take over when he took a vacation. It was quite interesting to read but I had some suspicions if the author himself is that kind of Quaker. He is actually a Quaker minister.

But I personally know of no one I associate or met who practice Quakerism.
