New York's Archbishop Timothy Dolan Will be A Cardinal

Cardinals are bishops that act as advisors to the Pope and elect the next pope.

Archbishop Dolan has been an outspoken challenger of the political life in New York and the nation, a truly great leader, I hope he stays here.  He has openly confronted Pres. Obama and NY Governor Mario Cuomo on their policies on health care and gay marriage and the erosion of moral values cherished by the church

He is a good guy.........he has met with Cuomo and Obama to clarify the church's s stand .  The Catholic church is the largest provider of adoption and foster services in the country, runs countless hospitals, represents doctors and pharmacists and nurses all of which have run headlong into the pc agenda in the US. On these issues, the headlines have trickled to a halt for now, at least. In some states, adoptions have come to a stand still ...could go on

The same sort of thing has happened here!  Your Church has closed down their adoption societies and told the PC. Social Workers dealing with child placement adoption and fostering politely where to go!

Government here is now whinging and bleating that there is no one capable of adopting or fostering  orphans etc. coming forward!

Terrible for the children but until we get rid of these Marxist PC. social workers you have to be black or homosexual and definitely not a white Christian to qualify to adopt or foster a child here of any colour it seems!!!....!

So what is new, nothing as long as Marxist/socialist/homosexuals have control of adoption in England!  We have a very good Roman Archbishop here at present.  It might help if he was promoted to Cardinal as well!
