worldwide documentary as strange sounds continue

I have included this because I have heard strange sounds.

With no snow on the streets, I heard a few times the sound of scr**ing snow plows on concrete and wondered what is that? Then I came across these articles and found others have heard the same sound that I had heard...very loud and grating thumbsdown
