While it really isn't salad!!

The dark chocolate is great for your immune system. Loads of antioxidants to counter those nasty free radicals you caused by eating carbs!
BUT YOU MUST EAT ONLY SUGARLESS DARK COCOA! (I add a bit of splenda).
My daily summer lunch is this:
2 tablespoons cocoa
2 tablespoons splenda
1.5 cups almond milk
10 ice cubes (or whatever will fit into your bullet)
place in bullet or ninja for 20 seconds.
Voila! chocolate ice cream! I love it! And it's only 75 calories. Very filling.
